"You are doing a perfect job of creating higher consciousness. Often you forget how important this job is, in fact you forget that it is the job you applied for before you incarnated on Planet Earth. We would like to take this opportunity to do your regularly scheduled performance review. It is overdue!

You created the evaluation scale when you accepted the position. Do you remember? Here are the areas you wanted to be graded upon: Accountability, Responsibility, Creativity and Self Love. We grade on the curve and we always round up to the next highest score, just to be fair. Can you see that we are smiling?

In the area of Accountability, we award you an A. You have studied extra hard on this subject. It was difficult for you, but you have mastered it completely. You now understand that the idea that there was such a thing as a victim was an illusion you created to block your own power. It took a while for you to see this clearly, but you did, and you no longer blame anyone for your creations.

Responsibility earns you an A-. You have done all your homework on time, but you have slipped a bit on the "pop quizzes" we have thrown at you. From time to time you forget that you are responsible for your own reality, so we had to take a few of your points for this, but overall, still an A performance.

Creativity earns you a solid A! You humans are more creative than we ever thought you would be. In fact, you have come up with some inventions that have made us very proud. You have learned how to change outcomes with your thoughts, and even figured out how to diffuse a powerful hurricane, mollifying its destruction when it could have consumed like a wild tiger.

The only area where we have found you to be lacking is in the department of Self Love. You have earned a solid C here, with a note of "Needs Improvement". We would ask you to return to the text on this, and we recommend supplemental reading of the new book by Jarrad Hewett, Love, Life, God, as a reminder of how important this course is.

Congratulations! You are now promoted to the next level! We love and honor you more than you know. You are never (and have never been) alone.
