We all receive "spiritual guidance" from many sources, but the challenge is to be able to discriminate which ones are from Source, coaching us into empowerment and which ones are merely projections of the issues of another human.

The important point to keep in mind is that we are all one energy, so someone else's issues are always mine as well. Confusion arises however when I believe that I am receiving guidance from a teacher I trust when it's really their stuff they say is mine, and because of it I am "wrong" in some way. It's an interesting conundrum, because if I give my power away to another, then their stuff truly becomes my stuff because I believe it is! And, because they are my mirror, it would seem that was was mine all along...

So how do I figure out where my guidance comes from and what I should do with it? Love is the only answer - unconditional love for myself and for my "teacher". Only through love can I look at the synchronicity of everything in order to move and grow rather than judging. When I judge myself or anyone else, I negate the guidance and my own power as well.
