Last night I interviewed Robert Schwartz about his book, The Soul's Plan, and we discussed soul contracts and how we plan out the challenging events that we encounter actually before we are born. Rob's book confirmed my longtime belief that we travel in very closely knit soul circles and enlist the assistance of soul family as we come here to learn the lessons we select in each lifetime and master the tools we choose.

I didn't expect to awaken this morning to hear of the accidental death of someone I had worked with over the last few years. On Monday I had emailed this woman, who worked for my stockbroker, about a change I wanted on my portfolio. Generally she would respond right away, but this time I didn't hear from her. I gave it another day. When she hadn't gotten back to me this morning, I decided to call. I was completely set back when her protege told me that she had been killed in a traffic accident over Labor Day weekend, leaving behind a 9 month old daughter and her husband.

How could this be? What could the "plan" possibly have been? Was her contract complete for this lifetime? These are all questions that will never be answered while we are here on earth. However, I am sure that there was a plan, and it was a perfect one. She was a good mother who gave a healthy soul an opportunity to experience life on planet earth. She was a good friend to many, and much more than that - she lived her Divine purpose while she was here on earth. Blessings on your journey, Tonya!
